I doubt he really has that much in the way of property, though.
There's obviously nothing criminal about what he did from a "sexual predator" standpoint. If Michigan has crimes for misappropriation of identity, or if somehow they consider the images a form of libel against the children there may be some type of criminal libel that would apply.
However, he's obviously not a sexual predator and doesn't deserve 20 years.
