Let's go with a scale from 1 to 5 (1 being a demon from hell). It would be nice if you would also provide reasons for the ranking. This is very important research.
Mostly because I'm not really sure who to regard as my "boss" - there's a number of people who get to tell me what to do, to be sure, but they don't really act like "bosses", and I barely have any contact with the ones further up the hierarchy whose "boss" status is more obvious, like the CEO or the HR manager.
I guess I'll give the lot of them a collective four out of five for being unfailingly kind, helpful and patient with stupid questions. Maybe I should make that a five out of five, but you've always got to leave room for improvement, you know?
How would you rate your boss?
