I've done a fair few 8-12 mile runs in the past, so I should easily be able to get back in the swing of things before then. My running club does long-distance training every weekend, which is helpful.
Yeah, you should be in good shape then. That does sound helpful. I need to hook up with a running club around here; I think that would help keep me on track. When the weather gets nicer at least. I'm stuck on the treadmill for now
But yeah, I'm definitely gonna give it my best for October, because if I don't have set goals I never get anywhere.
