A few things are right, but most of it is wrong; they're very inaccurate. They've even been the subject of a class action lawsuit because of that inaccuracy, so it really doesn't bother me much. Besides, all of their data is obtained from publicly accessible sources. All they do is aggregate it. Anyone who wanted to do something bad with your personal info would check those other sources anyway. If anything, I think Spokeo is helpful, in that it searches all of those sources and shows you what kind of info you're putting out there.
How much can we find out about you for $3 a month?
