Physics degrees are aimed at graduate work, and minors are rare in my experience - Edit 1

And I say 'rare' because I've never met anyone who graduated with a minor in physics, at my old school a minor just meant all the basic math and intro phy a comp Sci major or math or chem major too plus 1 physics course and 1 lab, classical mechanics, which has little to do with computers. I doubt a minor in physics would hurt your job prospects but its really gonna depend on what field of CS you're looking at.
