I did a math degree with physics minor, while I program as a hobby... mostly self taught. If you can survive the physics courses, I highly doubt you would have any difficulty picking up on your own the "missed content" from only taking a CS minor.
Definitely go as far as you can with physics, much more impressive in my book.
