Note: The above was a pun.

So, I am trying to decide between a Comp Sci or Physics major - whichever I major in, I while minor in the other. I would rather do a CS major, but I have been told that employers don't much like to see a CS major, and see it as being merely a "computer nerd". So, those of you who have some experience in the field (hoping a decent amount), what say you on this topic?

P.S. My intended career is Software Engineering or some such thing.

My best friend has Physics degree and works in IT; I doubt very seriously he could've gotten a CS degree and worked in physics. ;)
