I am extremely biased because they are my favorite band, but I would highly recommend them. If you are familiar with Creed you should definitely try them. Three of the four members of Alter Bridge were/are in Creed (Mark Tremonti-Guitar, Scott Philips- Drums, and Brian Marshall- Bass), and the new singer-Myles Kennedy- is IMO head and shoulders above Scott Stapp's singing ability. I still love Creed, but their stuff has taken a backseat to Alter Bridge's work. Even if you don't like Creed you can rest assured that Alter Bridge isn't a carbon copy of the old band. They have branched out and made a sound all their own.
