Read the article linked and tell me whether you think this is free speech or worthy of a prison sentence.
I don't know nor do I want to, but it makes me a little weary that several states are coordinating to try and run this guy into prison for obscenity. Again, what is obscene about it? I don't know the specifics of what is in the book but as others have said, if it includes information on how to actually seduce and hook up with underage kids then it is wrong and he should be charged with something more suitable. If it is his argument ala NAMBLA about why he thinks it is OK to have relationships with kids then I am not so sure it is "obscene" although certainly gross as hell.
But wine was the great assassin of both tradition and propriety...
