What about a textbook, detailing how to make explosives?

Does free speech really require that any 14 year-old who wants to can find detialed instructions on how to make bombs or make mustard gas out of house hold cleaning supplies? Sometimes public saftey has to be considered as well.
Because those exist. They HAVE to, for people who are learning how to make explosvies. Hell, you can find plans on making a basic nuclear reactor without a ton of effort.
I feel like this happens all the time. People go, "Oh, of course we should have free speech, we're AMERICA, damn it! But... let's keep it within reason, we don't need THAT kind of speech."
And I get what you're saying, I really do- The fact that my neighbor could go to Home Depot, buy some innocuous supplies, and make some chlorine gas is fairly chilling. But he could also buy a gun and kill a ton of people, or wait outside my front door with a really heavy rock.
I amuse myself.
This should make for an interesting debate

Free speech. An easy way for me to tell is replace the topic with the word "murder"
