Why precisely are you cool with THIS particular Federal Judge "making his own law?" It's cool when they agree with you?
Courts don't make laws; they decide whether laws already in existence are constitutional or not. This court decided that the healthcare law is not constitutional. To me, that law is pretty clearly unconstitutional, so I'm glad they decided this way.
