I'd just slow down to the same speed as the truck, that way the impatient doofus has to sit behind you and stew. Then speed up slowly and leave just enough space for him to pass you on the right and when he starts to do this, put your turn signal on and cut him off again.
Done right, you can trap him in the right lane between you and the large truck, while everyone else passes you on the left.

I did do the first part, and I've done the latter on accident before, but I'm afraid to try on purpose. My karma might not be in that good of condition.
