I was under the assumption that you were implying Australia and the US had far better national teams than the other three candidates, considering the way you phrased that. If it's just chances to get to host the tournament you were talking about, then obviously I agree Japan nor South Korea will get it.
The comment about qualifying on their own was solely directed towards Qatar. The other 4 teams are all fairly close together, and decent teams.
