I read Hitchhiker's guide to the galaxy on my computer during the summer and I was greatly annoyed I did not have the actual book.
I enjoy the tacitle feel of a book.
I like how I can just open it anywhere without having to memorize a page number or scroll through tons of pages to get there
I enjoy turning pages. pushing a button to turn the page simply appalls me.

eBook readers remember where you left. Even across platforms. They are digital bookmarks as it were. You need real bookmarks too.
Why does pushing a button appall you?

I'd be shocked, except that I'm not sure why a HS needs a library in the first place.

I'm not surprised, I've seen enough American movies and TV shows to realize that.
