Are you telling me monitors are THAT horribly inefficient? - Edit 1

Remember, a search spider cannot tell whether a site has a language filter or not unless it sees swear words, and it's not like we get thee in every other post anyway. I think it's much more likely this site would be added to blacklists because someone would notice people spending a lot of time here.

Since you categorically state that we stand the risk of beng blacklisted, it'd be nice to see some data to back this claim up. Installing a few different parental control suites and trying to access the site should be enough.

Makes sense; why take five seconds to check whether any kind of language filter has been coded and/or scan the CoC (oh, right, we don't have one yet; never mind... ;)) for a reference to it? MUCH more efficient to scan every post ever made on the site for a string of objectionable words, right? Meanwhile, since I object to such controls on principle (believe it or not) and am using my fiancees laptop for the foreseeable future, I'm not going to download, install and figure out how to use a bunch of software just to prove a point. The much bigger question is what traffic will be like after that so undreemable series concludes next year and the ensuing celebrations here come to their end as well. Had ToM not been released earlier this month I'm not sure you'd have to worry much about many people being caught spending too much time here. I'm hopeful but not optimistic, because RAFO seems designed for nostalgia, not longevity.
