One thing to consider: a man usually has some distrust for his wife, so there must be an opening.

Essentially, you need to start with some small scale attacks. Not attacks: to use my term from the other thread, some small scale subversion. This doesn't have to be ethically wrong, it only has to be successful. Indeed, truth is a better weapon than untruth, anyway -- and the appearance of truth when there's really nothing there is better than anything. Basically, you need to create situations in which the owner's wife has done something that would bother the owner. Seriously, it needs to be extremely small, we're not talking fraud here or anything. Just very menial stuff, it needs to get back to the owner, and let things go from there. IF you can create some discomfort, it's likely the bullying would get worse at first as she becomes agitated, but it's really the only way to weaken her power somewhat (i.e. she feels weakened in relation to her power relationships, so goes looking to build new power relationships). Just make sure none of it can get back to you, and if it does, make sure it appears none of it was intentional.
