is to try to get involved in music. I don't know if you are a musical type of person and I'm not sure if you know or not. But I do know that music can be very, very therapeutic at times. Try to get into an instrument...any instrument. Maybe it's guitar. Maybe it's clarinet. Maybe percussion. Music gives you an outlet for emotions and a focus. It works that way for me. I don't even know guitar (I play drums) but when I'm feeling overloaded for school and life, I steal my friend's guitar and just play it even though nothing good really comes out.
And even if it doesn't help the way I saw it might, it can't hurt to try, right?
