with which I have no idea what to do with. It's actually two separate 10 pound slabs of pork ribs. Unfortunately I do not possess a grill. What would you people recommend as the best and most expedient method in which I could prepare them? Unfortunately my oven is inoperable so I must rely on a smaller toaster oven. I also happen to have in my possession a relatively modest pot. So the question for all the aspiring urban gourmands, what options do I have?
