along with a lot of other democrats. Now lets see if the republicans can avoid the democrats mistake of over reading their mandate. So far it doesn't look good.
feingold is too clean and by the book. becoming party leader in congress requires a certain amount of ethical whitewashing to get deals made and i just don't see feingold compromising on his ethics just for political power. however, i will grant you that the dems would have probably not been as badly slaughtered in the midterms if he was party leader instead of reid.
