Phone/RAFO issue. TMJ Send a noteboard - 01/11/2010 01:12:44 PM
1) My cell phone (blackberry) has stopped working with RAFO It used to work, but now, I can navigate to the site but not expand any of the menus/click on anything. The main page just comes up on my display and looks pretty but it won't actually let me do anything interactive. I don't have this problem with any of the other (limited) websites that I regularly try to check from my phone. Any suggestions or ideas?

Check your settings in your phone to make sure that Javascript is turned on or enabled. Sometimes, if a phone's software is updated, this will default back to Off preventing you from opening menus.
