Was talking with a Danish fellow the other day. He says Finns are very quiet people generally. As a nation. Tend to speak shortly and straight to the point. "You go into a bar in Helsinki and everyone will be sitting around drinking, but not much talking." He thought it was weird ... I thought it was my kind of place! LoL ... Are the Finns really known for their general quietness? I remember being there in Summer 2006, it was a very soothing city to hang out in.
Maybe I'll go back to study at Sibelius Academy one day ...
Something about having every option available. I know the really good composers get yearly stipends from the government. I think that's crazy! In America the composer's stipend is whatever the tips were that night .

So I heard the Finns are quite taciturn ...

Not owning a knife could be counted as a suicide waiting to happen. *NM*

"Saunissa" means "in saunas". "To saunas" would be illative pl "saunahin" or allative pl "saunille".

Well, we have a saying that goes: "If you don't have anything good to say, be quiet."
