If you find it hard to lift your cup of tea, do you....
a.) Have a cup that is too large?
b.) Need to work out more?

On a side note - is "study hall" an american term only? If so, what is it called in England?
Is study hall a mandatory or optional thing? Because there are study rooms here in Ireland but its only optional. I dunno about the whole silence thing though, but I'd say it's similar otherwise.
