but this does clearly call his ability to do his job into question - he needs to be independent and not allow his outside views influence his job but this website suggests he is pretty out of control.
He is also calling his place of work into disrepute through his actions - there has to be a balance but while he can be utterly homophobic in private, he is trying to push his views in public and victimise someone.
