I think it is kind of tacky when people leave lights up all year long but it hardly the bane of my existence. Some people seem to collect pet peeves like postage stamps.
....some people live in countries where everyone has to be "nice" and "well mannered". And, if you don't happen to be what they think of as "nice", then there are some nice folks from the government to show you how to be nice.
