I dunno, for someone like me who has a hard time NOT being there too early, it's kinda hard to understand
Is it waking and getting up that's so hard that you lose a lot of time or what?

It is all of it... But work is the worst one - it's one that I really care about, it really bothers me and makes me unhappy. I end up staying late, canceling social engagement, and generally feeling terrible and guilty. It starts with.... I can't wake up. Then once I wake up, I can't get out of bed. And it builds from there. I'm always basically 1 to 1.5 hours later than I plan to be. So for example, today I was in at 9am (the earliest in probably a year), but only because I really had to be there before 8am.
