Helllooo!
So my old computer died a very unexpected death, taking with it all my Itunes library.
I have it on my iPod... is there any way for me to put all this music (about 9,000 songs) onto my new computer? And no, not all the music is bought from the iTunes store, some was from old CDs, burned CDs from friends, etc.
Anyone know?

I'm not familiar with iPod Copy or other software like that, but if you're looking for a free method, you can always just jailbreak it (go to jailbreakme.com on your iPod), download 'Terminal' from the Cydia app, and SSH into your iPod to copy/paste any files you want. You can download a program like DiskAid or Tunnelier for your comp. If you need more help with that just ask because it can be tricky the first time you try to set it up.
And after that, if you don't want to keep your device jailbroken, you can restore it to the latest software version and unjailbreak it.
EDIT: Wait... I am assuming you have an iPod touch... this won't work on the non-touch versions.
But you can just go into your ipod and copy and paste the files, at least with a regular ipod you can. Its quite simple.
Your mom. That's right. The cat is out of the bag. Your mom.
My mind isn't always in the gutter, it just has VIP access
