Could be a lot of stuff though. I wouldn't suspect the measles unless you know you were exposed to it. I think you would be running a fever if you had either form of the measles. I would guess it is some sort of allergic reaction either to something you ate or some material your face came in contact with. Try taking an antihistamine.
