Yes, I expect that people can snap pictures of me.
I don't expect to have people legally tampering with my vehicles. in my driveway, or with anything else in my front yard.
My neighbors aren't entering my property when they're ogling...but the police are entering my property. I have an expectation of people to not invade my property without invitation. I'd say that deliverymen have an implicit invitation and solicitors should fuck off.
To further clarify (I'm not very good at being clear), I'm basically trying to differentiate between VISUAL privacy and PHYSICAL privacy. I wouldn't expect to have visual privacy dancing naked in front of a large window in my front view...but I would expect not to find my neighbors standing against my window with their faces pressed to the glass.
