I'm serious! It sounds more serious than an ordinary leg cramp. Alleviate our conscerns by saying it can't be that because it's because you did something physically demanding yesterday or something.

I woke up at 7 am with a horrible leg cramp. Screaming and pulling my toes and standing to try to get it to ease up. I finally fell back to sleep for about an hour. Now it won't take any weight and it still feel so tight. I am hobbling around.
What do I do to ease the muscles?
