Help! - Edit 2

I woke up at 7 am with a horrible leg cramp. Screaming and pulling my toes and standing to try to get it to ease up. I finally fell back to sleep for about an hour. Now it won't take any weight and it still feel so tight. I am hobbling around.
What do I do to ease the muscles?

EDIT: Ate Banana, used the tub for running warm water then a hot bath followed by hot shower. I can walk without a limp now. Thanks for the help.
