It's about how it lists marriage - heterosexual marriage, that is - as a right, countering Jeordam's claims of it being a privilege that hence doesn't need to be granted to those not currently enjoying it.
I got a little lost in Jeordam's logic on rights and privileges, so I was posting in reply to Celia, primarily just to list the article in question so she and others could see the wording without having to hunt for it, you know my preference for citation, all other commentary - very brief by my standards - is basically a quick humorous sidenote on how the wording of article 16 is unlikely to be viewed as pro-gay marriage, not Jeordam's point, but the overall subject of the thread. Further commentary on the matter was in regard to replies on ways of reading the text, not related to Jeordam and Celia's conversation.
