There are some people who literally take one step every five seconds. I do not understand how they don't just fall right over. I had a girl cross the "street" between a parking lot and a building who took over a minute to do so. No limping, nothing. Just walking more slowly than I really think should be possible.
Entirely unexpected and inappropriate behavior.
