I just get sick of the whole thing of people only complaining when it goes against them like this - I've read somewhere that a similar thing has happened in DC. A law most people in DC supported restricting gun rights was over ruled by the courts... I'm waiting to hear the right wing people complain about that:P

I don't disagree about the whining about the courts, but I do wish the people who brought it up had thought it through better. Or maybe they did, since it's proving to be an adequate way to get it to the SC. Conspiracy theory!

I heard about that on NPR.
