But a lot still have restrictions and once you rule them out the selection of eBooks left just doesn't justify the cost of an eReader.

It's annoying, because if I want to buy a physical copy of an American book off of Amazon.com and ship it to Ireland I can. So why can't I do the sam with the eBook version?

So saying Amazon.co.uk (which is my local store) are now starting their push on kindle and eBooks and are about to make a lot more titles available, so If I give it another six months or so the problems may resolve themselves. Or I may just buy an iPad.
