The main question I ask myself is Where am I going to get ebooks from?

Amazon.co.uk has nothing like the selection of ebooks that amazon.com has. And you can't buy ebooks from amazon.com if you are in Europe.
It's the same for most of the other ebook sellers. Their European shops have tiny selections compared to america.
It's why I decided not to get an eReader despite being interested in one for commuting. That and the fact that I could buy some books for cheaper in a bookshop than I could in an eBook format.
