I know I want e-ink and I really don't care about 3G or Wifi but it is a bit confusing trying to figure which one support which which formats and which formats are better to begin with. I have a rather gigantic collection of books in PDF so I want something that makes those easy to read but without having one and playing with it I find it almost impossible to judge which formats will meet my needs better.
I also think we are going to see major changes between now and Black Friday.

I don't know how they work with other readers
The major downside with the pdf format in iBooks is that the text is not fully recognized, so I can't tap on a word to get a definition. But somehow, search still works so it's not a total loss.
