Anyway back to the point. Yes, news sources can be pro-British, pro-American, etc. in a free press. They can also challenge the statements made by government officials. That's the whole point of a free press.

I didn't say BBC, or any other organization, was unbiased. I was just saying what I had a preference for, and it wasn't a source that echoes back what the govt. puts out
