if he did it the same way. I really believed he had too much class to say a big Eff You to the people who rooted for him since he was a kid in this kind of forum. I was convinced the fact he was doing it live on national TV meant that he was staqying in Cleveland. Because, like, no one would be cold enough to do that, would they?
LeBron was my favorite non-Knick player. Emphasis on "was." Not just because he didn't choose the Knicks. Because of how he let this play out.

if he went to Chicago, it wouldn't feel as much like a sell-out IMO. At least in Chicago, he would essentially run the team and it would be about him taking control of his team's destiny. In Miami, he'll essentially be Dwayne Wade's sidekick. Remember, Wade is the one with the title and the experience, plus he has been there forever. The Heat will still be Wade's team.
LeBron is basically admitting he can't win by putting the pressure on himself. That's gotta be disappointing not only for Cavs fans, but also for LeBron fans in general. I say, let him take the Cleveland Curse with him, and don't let the door hit him on his way out.
ugh...LeBron cuts the heart out of his hometown fans on national TV

The reaction would have been the same even if he chose to go to Chicago, though *NM*

That's funny, I thought that was the most compelling part of the one hour special.

I'm not surprised. He's always been immature and this just proved he doesn't have "it".

Unless one is a fan in Miami, this is terrible for the game, and the NBA will suffer for it.
