The site that this site is primarily a successor of was Wotmania, WoT for Wheel of Time, the series by Robert Jordan, which it was a fan site of. When at book signings, blogging, etc and asked questions he would often say 'read and find out' - that it would be explained in a future book basically, and often just typed responses as "RAFO".
