They need to do something to sort out standards of refs - the odd mistake will happen but too many should result in a ref being demoted.
Plus they need post game punishment for dishonesty - like the Ivory Coast guy who got Kaka sent off and Fabiano in the same match. Not sure why you think the ref should be fired - that just sounds nonsense to me.
No to technology - too damaging to the game. I wish the rugby authorities would follow FIFA's lead and ditch it as a failed experiment.
