And nope. It's an ongoing thing, just show up, but you'll need Skype, and someone in the conversation to add you (which means you'll have to share contact details with someone. ) You CAN get a headset, and I have been known to aggressively lobby for group calls instead of group chat, so I can do things like post and play flash games without disengaging from the conversation, but it also works fine as text chat (although sometimes I forget about the text chat when we have a lot of people in a call.

Anyway, the more the merrier; if you want in, click the link, wait for the download and then double click the file. It'll ask to add your email contacts for people with Skype (though you don't HAVE to) but whether or not you do, just click "New" select "contact" and do a search for the SN/email of someone in RAFO chat to send a contact request. They should add you to the chat next time they're online. You can't add someone who's not on your contacts list though, so SOMEONE in there will need your contact.
