Paying around $22.50 for most of what I get for free on other forums is a bit much, unless it were to come with increased content, and that in the form of more participants posting interesting things that would make me want to follow 10 people (I think I have only 1 right now).

And you could put a mega-giga-panzer picture of a squirrel in your profile in order to appease our future overlords. Or nuts. Or something.


Until I have that, I'd be hesitant to spend money just for a few features that I generally have elsewhere. And I use the Buddies feature for those who rarely post these days. None of the ones you note rarely post :P

But besides the full-time job issue, the main sticking point is that I'm uncertain how much longer I'll be active at forums. After all, I did have a blog post the other week about how I was beginning to lose interest in all of them.
