they're a good team who've had some recent impressive results, people shouldn't be ruling them out, i wouldn't be surprised if they did qualify

They might draw England, which would then give them the win for the Group.

England failing to get 3 points vs. the US allows this to happen.

As for them not having played a game yet... well, I expect they will beat Algeria, as should the other 2 teams in the group.
