My country isn't there despite having some talented players lately, so I find myself forced to support Holland, as long as I can ignore the smugness and arrogance and just focus on the good football. And Argentina, where I might have much the same problem. Hmmm.
I agree that Spain can get far, at least assuming that Euro 2008 broke the curse of the big tournaments for them. I guess they and Brazil have to be considered the frontrunners for now - Argentina made it through the qualifications too narrowly to be considered a favourite until they've shown us something at the actual World Cup.
