Most standard pipelines (much larger than this well) can generally only move 200,000-500,000 barrels of oil per day (there are some very famous larger ones, but the standard is in this range). A minor pipeline that connects a field to a major pipeline can be 50,000-70,000. What that guy is essentially saying is that a single well head is expelling as much oil as a minor pipeline. I find it hard to believe.
