In response to your fears and angst, I wanted to assure you that everything is going to be OK. Citizens of the USA, go to the gulf beaches for vacation, travel and relax, spend your money. This is the American way. But keep in mind, please don't go to Las Vegas and spend your money. After all don't you know we're in a recession and you have to tighten up the spending? We can't have any frivolous fun out there.

Listen people, when you're bank account is empty, you don't have a job, and there's no food in the fridge, you don't modify your expenses buy spending less. Try starting a business, try generating new income. After all, it's small business that runs this economy. But please understand that there is also the point of having enough, of going to far, of making too much money. You don't need to do it in excess, you have to make just enough to feel comfortable but still reliant upon ME. But do make enough to spend more money to get yourself out of that mess. It takes money to get out of debt citizens. I know this why? Because I've raised government spending to record levels, but I did so because we're in a recession due to out of control spending and so we have to spend our way out of it! Got it?

Also, I've been in charge of this entire issue of spilled oil from the beginning. ME. They answer to ME. I call the shots, and I'll be responsible for anything good that happens. After all, I'm in charge. When something bad happens however, rest assured that BP and Bush are to blame. They never listen to ME. But once this oil stops, be sure that it was MY efforts that caused it. Also, understand that the appropriate governmental agencies are on top of this issue. Just like the SEC was with the Street, and just like MMS was with big oil. These agencies answer to ME, and I'm in charge.

Remember, I'M THE DECIDER! How do I know that? Becuase my gut tells me so.
