Obviously, this is a bit of a challenge since Wotmania is no more, but to refresh your memory, I stopped supporting Bush in 2003 when he pushed through that financial disaster called Medicare Part D.....FLUSH goes our money.
I can respect that from you, and understand, but Faux "News" and their ilk didn't leave themselves that luxury; they were utterly silent on mounting deficits that whole time. It's kind of odd for an outfit that turned a blind eye to 1/3 of the current deficit to ominously warn that it's "90% of the annual GDP. " It's certainly hypocritical for them to lay all the blame on Obama when at least half of the deficit growth in the year and a half since he took over was following up on a Wall Street bailout begun by their beloved W (but then, they had no trouble bashing Obama for it a year after lauding Bush for it either. ) Even the bill they're attacking is one whose principal aims they support, they just don't like how Obama and Congressional Dems are going about it (shades of John Kerry.

That makes it clear this isn't so much "news" as "editorial" (from FOX?!!! NO!!! *faints dead away* ) Also makes it hard to take their doom and gloom seriously; since they have partisan reasons for spouting it I'm willing to wait and see what happens, at least for another year or two. By then it'll be Presidential election season and we can have a referendum on it.
