All of whom come off extremely smug rather than just sarcastic. I actually enjoy Becks show, not for agreeing with him but because it's actually funny most of the time. The dude's a great entertainer, even if you don't agree with him.
I agree with him on a lot more than I do Dennis Miller, for instance, but the two have their radio shows opposite and I prefer Miller, his rants are humorous, Beck always seems like he's predicting the apocalypse. He can be entertaining but he can be amazingly depressing at the same time and everyone who doesn't agree with him is ascribed the most evil of possible motives. Same reason I don't like Olbermann, there's a lot of libs I enjoy watching or listening to or can at least tolerate, I actually miss Colmes with Hannity back in their early days, but with Olberman, all opposition is not just 'mislead' or 'not so nice' they must be simultaneously utterly evil and stupid, and Beck does that a lot too. It get's a bit wearing.
