Chop up red peppers and sugarsnap peas and courgettes and wok them. Boil tagliatelle and bring lots of parmesan and pesto.
Or you could make lentil soup? (some onions, garlic, red lentils, toamatoes and tomato puree, harissa, and whatever else you want to dump in it)
