I have no idea what time you want to leave, but for instance, if you were leaving tomorrow morning, the schedule could look like this, according to the NMBS website:
07:08 departure Brussels Midi
08:04 arrival Tournai/Doornik
08:17 departure from Tournai to Lille Flandres
08:42 arrival in Lille
09:00 departure from Lille Flandres to Calais Ville
10:18 arrival Calais Ville
So a three hour journey with two changes of trains - there are also possibilities with more changes.
Calais Ville is in the city centre of Calais (address: Avenue Wilson 46, look it up on Google Maps or so), so you'll have to walk or take a bus to the port from there.
Edit: if you need more info or help, feel free to NB me, I can give you my cell number in case something goes wrong while in Belgium if you like

No, it is the Eurotunnel Shuttle. Eurostar is the passenger service.

Buy a ticket from Brussels to Lille Flandres with the NMBS (Belgian), then to Calais with SNCF.
